Greg Wood is chief corporate counsel for Adaptive Frequency Holdings, LLC as well as Adaptive Frequency Inc., and has been involved in the project since 1991.

For the past 23 years as lead counsel for the project, Greg has directed the project with respect to US and International trademark, copyright, patent protection and enforcement, employment and manufacturing agreements and IP licensing.

As a former electronics and systems engineer and a former partner of Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading international law firm, Greg has gained extensive experience in technology, domestic and international business transactions, corporate governance, and intellectual property acquisition and enforcement. Greg has been lead trial attorney in a number of court and jury trials involving contracts and intellectual property rights and has represented clients in administrative hearings, arbitration proceedings and mediations.

With more than forty years of legal practice, Greg’s experience has included patent, trademark and copyright infringement and transactions; trade secret misappropriation; misappropriation of publicity rights; intellectual property agreement enforcement and litigation; domain name disputes; business negotiations, licensing and transactional matters related to IP rights. His technology focus has included electronics, electro-mechanical systems, optics, medical devices, computers and software; telecommunications; and architectural works.
